• The exchange or refund is acceptable within 7 days after sign package, the item must be returned in original condition. VIGO could only accept returning item via Post Office, couldn't accept returning by EMS/DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT etc. The return shipping cost is buyer’s responsibility.
• The warranty is valid if the warranty seal and serial numbers on the unit is removed or damaged.
