4---    We will ship high value items via Express courier. It usually costs about 4-10 working days. Sometimes, EMS needs more than 10 working days.

Return Policy

1---   We stand behind every product we are selling. If you're not pleased with your purchase which has no quality problem, we'll arrange RMA for exchange or refund. But the request should be made in 30 days of your purchase.

         a--  For exchange, you need to pay the return and reshipping fee.

         b--  For refund, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.

2---   We provide 1 year warranty for the quality of the product. We'll arrange RMA for exchange. Buyers need to pay the return shipping fee, and we will assume the reshipping fee.

3---   Please contact us to get RMA for any exchange or refund,  and the product must be returned in its original condition, including the box, RMA document, packaging, and all accessories. 

4---   Man-made damage is not under the warranty.
