Shipping Policy

We ship almost entirely via EMS(20-30 USD) (sometimes we will use UPS for a better selection) and shipping charge should be paid before shipping unless otherwise specified. Because the shipping charge is calculated online based on EMS transport expense. If you specify Fedex, UPS, TNT or EMS and so on, the shipping charge should be re-calculated.

 Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-72 hours upon receipt of your full payment. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship out your order as soon as possible. We use recycled boxes and packing materials for mail orders.

To see your shipping charges in advance of placing an order, please refer to following steps:

1, You need register to become our member and login into your account;

2, You should place the desired items into your shopping cart by clicking on the " Add to Cart " buttons;

3, Click on the " View Cart " button beside the picture of shopping cart in the upper right hand corner. This will bring up a page that show you all the added items in your cart;

4, Click the " Checkout " button;

5, Click the " Next " button below the " Shipping Information ", you will find the Price that is the total shipping charge you want to see.

6. Sometimes, shipment causes clearance delay in the customs of destination, in this case, please contact local DHL company and commission them to help you clear the customs as soon as possible.

7. The shipping fee is the NET shipping cost, not including the customs clearance fee that may be charged by the customs of destination.

8. In order to help customer avoid customs clearance fee, we will always revise the value of invoice to make the value be less than 50USD.

9. However, we can't make sure the revision can help every customer avoid customs clearance fee. So if the revision doesn't work, the customs clearance fee should be paid by the customer.
